CONSERVATION PLANS

An assessment of each component of a building or other feature determines best practices for the preservation, rehabilitation or restoration, based on current condition and feasibility for repair, retention, replication or reinstatement, including a maintenance plan.  Both short-term and longer-term recommended strategies are outlined.

The use of Standards and Guidelines for the Conservation of Historic Places in Canada is intrinsic to this work.
