HERITAGE INVENTORIES & REGISTERS

An up-to-date inventory or register forms the basis for any heritage program, whether newly created or well-established. McLean Heritage Planning and Consulting’s expertise includes the creation of Surrey’s first Heritage Register, and comprehensive work on updating the City of Vancouver’s Heritage Register. We supplement existing registers or inventories with updated research and evaluations of resources, or assist in the creation of new registers or inventories.  This requires research and sifting of many layers of information, including community input, to determine the heritage values.
